Moms Club is our signature small-group program designed specifically for women navigating early motherhood and beyond.

This is not just a class. It is a structured 6-week progression focused on building strength, confidence, and connection.

Spots are limited, and pre-registration is required.

Strength-based mat classes designed for folks of all experience levels.

These sessions are welcoming, intelligently programmed, and inclusive — no intimidating level labels, just thoughtful instruction and room to grow.

Capacity is intentionally capped at 6 participants to maintain a hands-on experience.

  • A full-body Pilates mat class focused on building functional strength and stability. Using small props and controlled movements, we move through a standing sequence before transitioning to the mat to challenge the core, improve balance, and build strength for real life.

    Expect a steady, strength-focused flow designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and energized. All levels are welcome.

  • A slower-paced Pilates mat class focused on mobility and length. Moving from gentle standing sequences down to the mat, this class uses controlled, intentional movement to help create space in the body.

    Let this class help you feel unstuck — leaving you longer, lighter, and moving with more ease. All levels are welcome.

  • A supportive Pilates class designed for moms and their babies (0–12 months). This class focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting the body through the realities of postpartum life.

    Babies are welcome to stay beside you, be held, fed, or played with throughout class—because real life with a baby is part of the experience. Expect a relaxed, understanding environment where you can move your body while connecting with other moms.

  • A Pilates class for moms with toddlers that embraces the beautiful chaos of real life. This class focuses on building strength and mobility while little ones play nearby.

    Expect a relaxed, understanding environment where noise, movement, and interruptions are completely normal — because motherhood rarely happens in silence.


  • A Pilates class just for moms — no kids attending — designed as a space to step away from the noise of parenting and reconnect with yourself.

    Using a variety of Pilates props, this class focuses on building strength and mobility. Expect to feel challenged yet capable, leaving class feeling stronger and more grounded.


  • Private sessions offer personalized support and attention to help you reach your goals. Whether you’re working through an injury or looking to learn Pilates at a deeper level, this is for you.

    With hands-on adjustments and guidance, you’ll improve how you move and gain tools that support you both in group classes and everyday life.

    Highly recommended for prenatal clients who feel nervous moving in group settings or want to better understand safe movement during pregnancy.
